As a potential volunteer, you can create a profile and browse volunteer job descriptions. Find the opportunity that matches what you're looking for and then contact the agency directly. You can even arrange to have opportunities emailed to you when something that matches your interests is posted. Volunteer Solutions makes it easy to make a difference!

As a nonprofit organization you can post all of your volunteer opportunities, from one to 21. You may include information about your agency, the services you provide for the community, your mission statement, a logo, contact people for each opportunity, and even directions.

One of the ways that United Way of Southeastern Connecticut keeps its administration and fundraising costs so low is that hundreds of volunteers donate their time each year to help make it work.
