2010-05-04 - Dial 2-1-1 to Report March Storm Damage
At the request of Governor Jodi Rell, United Way 2-1-1 is collecting storm damage reports from residents and businesses affected by storms which hit Connecticut in March. Residents and businesses should dial 2-1-1 to report damage from those storms even if they have previously reported damage. The data is being collected to assist the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security appeal the President's decision to deny individual assistance to those in Fairfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London, and Windham counties.
 
Data on storm damage will be collected until May 14th. Dial 2-1-1 or visit www.211ct.org to report storm damage.
