The drive is now over! BIG thanks to everyone for participating and donating. In total, more than 5,000 pounds of food was collected plust $3,625 in donations!
We're sharing the love this Valentine's Day season and we'd love it if you can help in any way you can by donating to help those in our local community facing hunger. There is a group of generous community members who have organized a cross-town food drive to restock the shelves at the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center with nonperishables.

Items that are most in need at this time include: canned tuna, stew, soup, fruits, and vegetables, peanut butter, dried beans, hot and cold cereal, boxed instant potatoes, boxed or bagged white, brown, or yellow rice, boxed pasta and pasta mixes, and baby food. Please consider donating nutritious food items that are low in sugar, fat, and sodium and that are whole grain rich. Please do not donate anything expired or in glass containers.
Your organization or business can still jump in and help us by hosting a food drive. We will gather information on each event and advertise it through social media. Showing the power of all of us working together to make a difference in our community. We are trying to have a location in every town that day. Please join us!
