Families will receive fresh produce and other non-perishable food. No registration required. Families served on a first come-first served basis.
The following will also be on-site to assist you (you do not need to be there for food in order to request help):
Generations: Social Determinants of Health Assessment; Access to direct care, telehealth, insurance & community partner, referral to debit card program, culturally & linguistically appropriate interactions
Safe Futures: Free and confidential services include domestic violence counseling, safety planning, advocacy, emergency shelter and more
TVCCA: Case management, childcare and pre-school programs, employment training, energy assistance, financial education, housing services, WIC, senior nutrition programs & volunteer service
UCFS Healthcare: Health services, Health CT insurance app asst, case mgmt., medical home care coordination for kids with special health care needs
