The sites are accessible for drive-thru or walk-up visitors. The goal is to serve 150-300 families facing hunger and food insecurity in our community at each site.

Anyone in need of food is welcome to attend and no paperwork is necessary. Guests are asked to remain in their car and open their trunk or have their backseat door unlocked where volunteers can place the food. Items distributed include protein, fresh produce, and nonperishable food items.

The Food Center provided the equivalent of 3.1 million meals last year through the emergency food network of programs in New London County and its Mobile Pantry.
