Volunteer Spotlight: Ted Ward

For the month of February, we will be casting the Volunteer Spotlight on Ted Ward! Ted is from Niantic, and he has been volunteering with the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Bank since his days as a teacher at New London High School. As a teacher, he was very involved in food drives, and he wanted to stay involved after he retired. Ted volunteers to be a part of something bigger than himself. He loves coming in to help out with the Food Bank because he believes that United Way of Southeastern Connecticut is a great organization,  and he wants to be able to continue supporting it. We appreciate Ted for his many hours helping out, and the kind words about our organization! Thank you for Living United.
