Registration for the 2025 Tommy Toy Program distribution is now open to families wishing to sign up.
Tommy Toy serves families in need in Eastern Connecticut. The program helps children in the New London and Windham County areas who would otherwise receive few or no holiday gifts without this assistance.
Families must pre-register through an approved site at which time, you will also select your pick-up location. Tommy Toy is for with children between the ages of 0-12 years of age residing in New London or Windham County.

Pick-up day is on December 10, 2025 at three locations:
- New London: Gemma E. Moran, United Way Labor Food Center - 374 Broad Street
- Norwich: Reliance Health, Wellness Center (basement floor) - 2 Cliff Street
- Killingly: Killingly Commons, storefront between Famous Footwear Mattress Firm - 581 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT 06241
Volunteer opportunities include assisting in the site set-up, decorating, toy distribution, and clean up after the event between Monday, December 8 through Thursday, December 11.
Volunteers must be 18 years or older or 12 - 17 years old with parent/guardian supervision, and be able to participate in volunteer activities that could include, lifting 15 pounds, standing for long periods of time, interacting with clients, and using a computer with or without accommodations.
