STEP 1: Eligibility Screener & Intent to Apply > Deadline September 8, 2025
Organizations must complete an Eligibility Screener & Intent to Apply form for each program (up to 3) no later than end of day September 8, 2025. Multiple program proposals may not be combined into a single form or application. The link to the online form is in the RFP document.

> Application and Review Process
The review of Partner Program funding applications is a multi-step process. Review the Request for Proposal document for a summary of United Way's admissions and allocations process. Details and the specific steps will be covered at the required Information Sessions.
> Information Sessions
United Way will go over the admissions and allocations process in detail including the multi-step application process, volunteer review, and beyond at the Information Session. Organizations are required to send at least one representative to one of the Info-Sessions (they are all identical content). The applicant will select an Information Session date while completing Step 1: Eligibility Screener & Intent to Apply via the online Temelio grants portal. Dates are listed on the RFP and within the online form.

If applying for more than one program and having more than one staff person complete applications, the original account creator will add team members to the organization, allowing them to create an account associated with the organization and at the same time preventing duplication.

Annual Day of Caring Grant: Re-opens May 2026
The annual Day of Caring grant seeks to partner on large-scale volunteer engagement projects that increase a Partner Organization or Food Center Member Agency’s capacity and mobilizes UWSECT volunteers to donate their time while learning about UWSECT’s community partners.
